Job Title: Customer Service Representative (English C2)
Location: Athens, Greece (On-Site)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Rotative shifts between 2:00 PM 7:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Language Requirement: English C2 level (Native/Fluent)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier service and support across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C2 level) verbal and written

  • EU Citizenship or valid work permit in Greece

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus

  • Team player with problem-solving attitude

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 1,200 x 14 payments (includes Easter, Summer, and Christmas bonuses)

  • Performance Bonus (subject to confirmation)

  • Meal Allowance: 50/month (voucher)

  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
