Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

Assist users with troubleshooting, product guidance, and general support

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Follow up on customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved effectively

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Requirements:

Fluency in English (C1 or above)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Willingness to work flexible hours if required

Valid EU work permit or the right to work and live in Bulgaria
