We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you have a passion for helping people and are fluent in English, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

As a key member of the support team, youll handle customer inquiries through various channels, providing first-class assistance while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist users with troubleshooting, product guidance, and general support

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved effectively

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1 or above)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required

  • Valid EU work permit or the right to work and live in Bulgaria
