We are recruiting for our client company, a global leader in customer experience and support solutions, currently expanding its Dutch-speaking team in Valencia, Spain.
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, your mission is to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers by:

Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Offering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues

Assisting with order tracking, billing inquiries, and technical questions

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Escalating complex issues when necessary to the relevant departments
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Dutch (C2)

Good English skills (B2 or higher)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
