About the Role:
We are hiring an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role is focused exclusively on night shifts, providing support to customers across various digital platforms. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service, all while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, email, or chat in English

  • Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and guide customers toward effective solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Adhere to internal quality and performance standards

  • Collaborate with team leads to identify common issues and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher)

  • Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work exclusively night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Valid residence and work permit for Greece
