About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team! If you're fluent in German and English, love solving problems, and enjoy helping people this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, international environment.

Youll be the voice (or rather, the chat) of our company, assisting customers via email and chat with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

️ What Youll Be Doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (95% written support)

• Resolve product, service, or order-related questions

• Guide customers through solutions and processes clearly and patiently

• Escalate complex issues when necessary to the appropriate teams

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using support tools

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in both German and English (spoken & written)

• Excellent written communication skills

• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

• Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems

• Available for flexible shifts (MondaySunday)

• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
