Italian speaking Customer Service- Remote within Portugal

Customer Service Italian Speaker (Remote in Portugal)
Location: Remote (within Portugal)
️ Start Date: 5 June 2025
Contract Type: CDD 6 months
Remote Work: Yes, within Portugal (relocation support available if you're moving from abroad)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00

• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months

• Bonus: 225 per 12 months

• Relocation Support: Offered if moving to Portugal

• Type of Employment: Full-time, remote inside Portugal

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)

• Good level of English

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal
