Portuguese speaking Customer Service- Remote within Portugal

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Portuguese & Spanish (Healthcare Sector)
Location: Remote (Braga, Portugal on-site once a month)
Start Date: 26th June 2025
Language Requirement: Portuguese (Native) + Spanish (C1)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative with a healthcare background to join a specialized support team assisting clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, and a higher education degree in a relevant scientific or medical field is mandatory.

You will be supporting clients with inquiries related to health products, pharmaceutical information, and general services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to customers in Portuguese and Spanish via phone, email, or chat

• Address inquiries related to medical products, pharmaceutical services, and procedures

• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of each case

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and follow up on escalated requests

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, healthcare policies, and industry guidelines

• Ensure all communication complies with confidentiality and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Native Portuguese speaker with C1 level Spanish

• Higher education degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine (eliminatory requirement)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Prior experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role is a plus

• Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment

• Reliable internet connection and readiness to work from home (with monthly in-office presence in Braga)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: 870/month x 14 months

• Meal Allowance: 150/month x 12 months

• Remote Work Allowance: 220/month x 12 months

• Work-from-home model with one day per month on-site in Braga

Contract Type:

Full-time, Remote (Portugal-based only)
