Location: Remote from Portugal (Braga-based contract)

Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 21:30 (rotational shifts)

• Saturday: 09:00 20:00

• Sunday: 10:00 19:00
  Days Off: 2 rotational days/week

What Youll Do as a Remote Experience Specialist

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.

• Troubleshoot product or service issues, resolve problems with clarity and patience.

• Keep accurate case records and communicate effectively with other departments.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience with every interaction.

• Be flexible with shifts and proactive in learning and improvement.

What You Bring to the Table

• French (C1+) and good command of English (B2+)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team

• Customer-oriented attitude and professional mindset

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email platforms)

• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required

What You Get

• Base Salary: 880/month (x14 months)

• Performance Bonus: 170/month (x12 months)

• Meal Allowance: 7.23/day

• Transport Allowance: 20/month

• Health Insurance: Active from Day 1 (free after 6 months)

• Braga Remote Bonus: 20/year
