We are partnering with a fast-growing international company to hire a motivated and results-driven Portuguese-speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their team in Covilhã, Portugal.

Schedule: Rotational shifts
Remuneration: Base salary + commission
Your Role
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your mission will be to proactively connect with potential clients, present tailored product solutions, and close deals. Youll play a key role in driving revenue and helping the team meet ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Portuguese-speaking market.

Clearly present product offerings to generate interest and qualify leads.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.

Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring

Language skills: Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and a good command of English (B2 minimum).

Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer acquisition is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a proactive and confident sales approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule (including evenings/weekends if required).
