Work Schedule: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (Monday Sunday)


Are you a native or fluent Slovak speaker with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting customers from the retail industry. Youll be the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, providing assistance with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering professional growth opportunities in an international work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovak

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and more

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions

  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on open issues

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently


Requirements

  •  Fluent Slovak language skills

  • Good communication skills in English (for internal communication)

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with using support tools and CRMs

  • Must be located in Sofia, Bulgaria or willing to relocate

  • Non-EU citizens must have valid documentation that permits them to reside and work in Bulgaria
