We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Azerbaijani-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a vibrant and multicultural team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Azerbaijani-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Azerbaijani

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Guide users through troubleshooting and product-related questions

Ensure each interaction reflects the companys service standards

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Requirements:

Fluency in Azerbaijani (C1-C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or above)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure

Valid work permit for Bulgaria or EU citizenship
