Qormi, Malta | Full-time | 24/7 Rotational Shifts
we are supporting our client company in Qormi, Malta, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join their growing international team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries in Swedish

Assist with account issues, product questions, troubleshooting, and general support

Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)

Escalate complex issues appropriately to internal departments

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Requirements:

Fluency in Swedish (C1-C2 level) and English (B2+ level)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service or contact center is an advantage

Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

EU citizenship or valid permit to work and reside in Malta
