We are seeking a Polish-speaking Solution Consultant to join a global leader in digital solutions based in Sofia. In this client-facing role, you will act as the bridge between our product and the client's business needs. You will support the sales process by providing technical expertise, tailored demonstrations, and implementation guidance to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective Polish-speaking clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals
Provide consultative support throughout the pre-sales and onboarding process
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Technical Support) to ensure successful solution delivery
Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends
Support training and documentation efforts as needed

Requirements:
Native-level or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
Strong command of English (working language)
2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical client-facing role
Experience with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or enterprise software
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-moving environment
Based in Sofia or open to relocation
