About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries in a timely manner. The role requires flexibility, as it follows a 24/7 shift pattern including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, ensuring client satisfaction across all communication channels

Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, following standard procedures

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

Continuously improve service quality by following team feedback and training
Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in Spanish

Good level of English (B2 minimum)

Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Valid work authorization for Portugal
