About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, chat, and email, ensuring high-quality service and resolution of inquiries in a timely manner. The role requires flexibility, as it follows a 24/7 shift pattern including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, ensuring client satisfaction across all communication channels

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, following standard procedures

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

  • Continuously improve service quality by following team feedback and training

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish

  • Good level of English (B2 minimum)

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

  • Valid work authorization for Portugal
