Your Mission

Become a Client Experience Hero and be the voice of world-class brands. Youll provide support, resolve inquiries, and make life easier for customers through smart problem-solving, empathy, and attention to detail.

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional support in French, through phone, chat, and email.

• Solve problems efficiently and offer customers clear, helpful solutions.

• Guide users through product and service features.

• Document customer cases accurately using internal systems.

• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and positivity.

• Adapt to evolving client needs and schedules.

You Bring

• Fluent French (C1+) and good English skills.

• A proactive, calm, and customer-focused mindset.

• Passion for solving problems and helping people.

• Team spirit, accountability, and great communication skills.

• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: 900/month (x14 payments/year)

• Performance Bonus: 100/month (x11 payments/year)

• Welcome Bonus: 3,000 (paid over the first months)

• Meal Allowance: 7.23/day

• Transport Allowance: 20/month

• Health Insurance: From day one (free after 6 months)

• Braga Bonus (if applicable): 20/year
