Are you fluent in German and English and experienced in account management or sales? Do you thrive in customer-facing roles and love building long-term partnerships? Step into a Client Success Strategist position where youll act as the vital link between global clients and top-tier digital solutions.

Your Mission

  • Manage a portfolio of business accounts and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with digital product solutions.

  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding.

  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and track progress against goals.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+)

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success is mandatory

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • A proactive, analytical, and customer-first mindset

  • Team-oriented attitude and adaptability to dynamic environments

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: 1,760/month x14 payments/year

  • Performance Bonus: Monthly, based on individual and team results

  • Meal Vouchers: 50/month

Relocation Support (for Candidates Moving to Greece)

  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office

  • Up to 300 relocation reimbursement (processed with the first salary)

  • Must arrive 7 days before start date for onboarding

Flight tickets and airport pickup are not covered. After hotel stay, real estate search is self-managed.
