About the Role
Are you a Slovenian speaker looking to launch your career in customer service while living in one of Europe's most vibrant cities? This is your chance. We are hiring a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona, Spain. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and everything you need to succeed from day one.
You will be the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers, helping them resolve queries, providing product and service information, and delivering an outstanding experience with every interaction. This is an entry-level role with real growth potential in an international, multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovenian via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, resolution time, satisfaction scores)
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuously improve your knowledge base
What We Are Looking For
- Native or near-native Slovenian language skills (spoken and written) — essential
- Good level of English (working language of the office) — essential
- No experience required — full training is provided from your first day
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and learning new tools quickly
- Eligible to work in Spain (EU passport holder or valid work authorisation)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
- Base salary

Relocation Support (Full Package):
- Reimbursement of one-way flight to Barcelona
