As a Customer Care Agent, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing expert assistance 24/7. Your role is essential to keeping customers informed, happy, and loyal. You will join a growing, energetic team in a company that values its people and invests in their development.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer contacts across phone, email, and chat
- Address queries related to services, accounts, billing, and technical issues
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
- Use CRM systems to log interactions and manage follow-ups
- Work collaboratively to exceed collective performance targets
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends (24/7 operation)
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
