As a Customer Care Agent, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing expert assistance 24/7. Your role is essential to keeping customers informed, happy, and loyal. You will join a growing, energetic team in a company that values its people and invests in their development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer contacts across phone, email, and chat
  • Address queries related to services, accounts, billing, and technical issues
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Use CRM systems to log interactions and manage follow-ups
  • Work collaboratively to exceed collective performance targets

What we are looking for:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
  • English: B2 or above
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends (24/7 operation)
  • Resilient, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
