As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you will be handling real-time customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues across multiple channels. You will be the essential link between the company and its customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and solution-focused.

Your responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and messages from customers seeking support
  • Provide clear information on services, billing, and account management
  • Resolve issues on first contact wherever possible
  • Log all interactions with accuracy in CRM systems
  • Meet daily KPIs for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Polish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
  • English: B2 or above
  • Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
