Back Office Gaming Support Specialist – German-speaking

Your responsibilities:

• Process back office gaming support requests accurately and efficiently
• Review accounts, transactions, and in-game activity for compliance
• Liaise with front-line teams to resolve escalated player issues
• Maintain detailed records and produce activity reports
• Uphold platform integrity through consistent policy application

What we are looking for:

• German: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: working proficiency
• Passion for gaming or solid understanding of online gaming environments
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
