Customer Advisor (German + Dutch) – Ghent, Belgium

Location & Setup

• Ghent, Belgium
• Hybrid model
  • First month: fully on-site (training)
  • After: 1 day per week remote

Working Schedule

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 7h30 working time per shift
• 30-minute lunch break
• 5 working days / week (including weekends & public holidays)

Contract

• Initial contracts: 1 3 6 months
• Not permanent from day one
• Candidates must be comfortable with short-term progression
