Customer Support Representative - French Speaker

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 18:00 (Rotational shifts); Days Off - Saturday and Sunday

A French-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Porto, Portugal.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1000€ per 14 months
• Welcome bonus: €2,000 Welcome Bonus; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Fluent French, English
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential

Relocation Package:

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)
