Solutions Consultant - Dutch Speaker (from 05 Oct)

Schedule: 09:00-22:00; Monday-Sunday

A well-established company in Sofia is expanding and looking to bring on a Solutions Consultant.

Good fit for someone who likes untangling technical problems and can explain the fix in plain language to someone non-technical.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1740

Your Responsibilities:

• Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon
• Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero
• Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem
• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch, English
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
