Content Moderation - Greek Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts); Days Off: 2 rotative days

A Greek-speaking Content Moderation is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Worth flagging upfront - the day-to-day involves reviewing sensitive and sometimes graphic content. Wellbeing resources are in place for the team handling this.

Your Responsibilities:

• Make consistent, well-reasoned moderation decisions within agreed timeframes
• Review user-generated content against platform policy guidelines
• Document decisions clearly enough for others to follow the reasoning
• Escalate sensitive or unclear cases through the right internal channels

Requirements:

• Fluent Greek, English
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
