Translation / UK C1 - Ukrainian Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An employer in Lisbon is hiring for a Translation / UK C1 role and building out their Ukrainian team.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Ukrainian at a professional level
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent Ukrainian, written and spoken
• Solid working English alongside your Ukrainian
