Job Overview

We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team based in Greece. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support customers across multiple channels while working in a structured and professional environment.

You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

  • Meet quality and performance KPIs

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned with company standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish (C1–C2 level)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, 10:00–22:00)

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
