Job Overview
We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team based in Greece. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to support customers across multiple channels while working in a structured and professional environment.
You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented service.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Meet quality and performance KPIs

Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned with company standards
Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (C1–C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, 10:00–22:00)

EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization

Previous customer service experience is a plus
