Customer Care Specialist - Dutch Speaker (starts October)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Our Dutch customer team in Athens keeps growing, and we are now adding new colleagues. Start date: 21 October 2026.

Some days bring quick, simple requests, and others need careful investigation and patient follow-up. Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps
• Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
