Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

If you speak Dutch well and like working with people, this role in Athens could be a good fit. Start date: 16 October 2026.

You will work across phone, email and chat, so flexibility is part of the job. Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high.

Your Responsibilities:

• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
