Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent, Lisbon (Hybrid after 3 Months)

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and based in Lisbon? Join an international customer support team and become the first point of contact for customers in the Dutch-speaking market.

What you'll do

• Support customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
• Resolve enquiries quickly, accurately and professionally
• Deliver an excellent, customer-focused experience
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need
