Customer Support Associate English Immediate Start

We are opening positions for English speaking customer support associates in Lisbon. If you are a good listener, you stay organised when things get busy and you care about giving people a helpful experience, this could be the right role for you.

Day to day you will respond to customer messages and calls, check account details, solve common problems and escalate anything outside your remit. Quality matters to us, so we also value careful note taking and attention to detail.

You need English at C1 level or higher. No prior experience is necessary because full training is included. The rota covers the period from 06:00 until midnight on every day of the week, and we are hiring for an immediate start. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
