Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
  • Consistently meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Candidate Profile

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification

  • Valid permission to work in South Africa

  • Clear criminal and debt record

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is advantageous)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Languages Required: German (B2–C2) + Good English
