Your Mission
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure German-speaking clients get the most value from our services while enjoying a seamless experience.
Working fully remote from Bulgaria, youll be the bridge between clients and internal teams, solving challenges, guiding clients, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and a flexible remote work environment.
What Youll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients.
