About the Opportunities
We are hiring Italian-speaking professionals for several international customer experience projects based in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will assist customers from the Italian market via phone, chat, and email — providing outstanding service and solutions for global brands in E-commerce, Digital Services, and Technology.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients
- Handle inquiries about products, orders, or technical issues
- Resolve customer problems with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
- Work collaboratively with international colleagues
Your Profile
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1)
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, organized, and team-oriented
- Eligible to work in Portugal or EU
