We are hiring Italian-speaking professionals for several international customer experience projects based in Lisbon, Portugal.
You will assist customers from the Italian market via phone, chat, and email — providing outstanding service and solutions for global brands in E-commerce, Digital Services, and Technology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients
  • Handle inquiries about products, orders, or technical issues
  • Resolve customer problems with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
  • Work collaboratively with international colleagues

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1)
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Eligible to work in Portugal or EU
