Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for German-speaking clients

Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations

Advise clients on digital marketing strategies and budget allocation

Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts

Monitor KPIs, conversions, ROAS, and campaign profitability

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction

Requirements

Native or fluent German (C1/C2)

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)

Strong understanding of online advertising, PPC, and performance marketing

Analytical mindset with confidence using campaign data and metrics

Good level of English for internal communication

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
