Customer Service Representative - Danish Speaker (Remote)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

We are building a Danish-speaking team in Athens, and we want people who enjoy helping others. Start date: 2 November 2026.

You will be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out. Customers often say thank you when a problem is finally solved, and that is a big part of the job.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
