Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker (Remote) (starts November)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high. Expect a steady flow of questions about products, orders and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Meet the quality and response standards the team sets

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
