Outbound Sales Specialist - Italian Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Fluent in Italian? Our Athens operation needs people who can solve problems for customers who write or call in Italian. Start date: 26 October 2026.

Good listening matters as much as product knowledge in this team. The role combines friendly conversation with a clear process for follow-up and closing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow up with interested customers within agreed timescales
• Meet agreed activity and conversion targets
• Learn product and pricing details so you can answer questions with confidence
• Handle objections politely and honestly

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
