Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker (On-Site, from 08 Oct)

Schedule: Monday toFriday - 09:00 to 18:00; Days Off - Saturday and Sunday

We're recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €1,100/month
• Welcome bonus: €2,000; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during first year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch, English
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
