Customer Support Representative - German Speaker | Athens, Greece

An international employer based in Athens, Greece is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their German-speaking team.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

Requirements:

• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Solid working English alongside your German
• Comfortable communicating in German at a professional level
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
