We are looking for motivated English-speaking professionals to join an international customer service team based in Athens. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a supportive environment, this opportunity is for you!
What Youll Do

Provide excellent customer service to English-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when necessary.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure smooth communication with internal teams.

Contribute to a positive team spirit and meet performance goals.

Who You Are

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
