French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a leading telecom project in Porto, Portugal. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support for telecom products via phone and email
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and solutions
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work towards performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1–C2 / Native)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Must be based within 30 km of Porto
• Valid work documents required:
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residence Card
  • NIF and NISS

Location

• Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 1020€ gross (14 salaries per year)
• Guaranteed bonus: 100€ gross (first 3 months, depending on targets)
• Meal allowance: 9.60€/day (net, meal card)
• Transport reimbursement: up to 40€/month
• Welcome bonus: 150€ gross (paid in the 4th month)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
