Order Support Specialist – Polish-speaking

We are urgently looking for Polish-speaking talent to join the customer operations team of a globally iconic consumer technology brand in Lisbon, Portugal. If you love helping people and solving problems, this is the perfect role to launch or grow your career in customer support!

As an Order Support Specialist, you will assist customers with the full lifecycle of their orders — from purchase to delivery, returns, and billing. You will work in a lively, multicultural environment alongside specialists from across Europe, supported by world-class tools and comprehensive training.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage inbound contacts regarding orders, shipments, and billing
• Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely resolutions
• Liaise with internal teams to track and resolve complex order issues
• Keep records updated in customer management systems
• Uphold the brand's exceptional quality standards at all times

What we are looking for:

• Polish: C1/C2 (native or near-native level required)
• English: minimum B2 level
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
