Solutions Consultant – Danish-speaking

Are you a Danish speaker with a consultative mindset and a passion for helping people find the right solutions? We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing international team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting clients of a global technology and services leader.

In this role you will combine your Danish language expertise with a solution-oriented approach, guiding customers through complex queries and ensuring every interaction adds genuine value. You will be part of a collaborative, multicultural team in a modern Sofia office.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Danish-language customer contacts across multiple channels
• Diagnose customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions
• Manage escalated cases with professionalism and follow-through
• Document interactions accurately and contribute to knowledge bases
• Work towards individual and team quality and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for:

• Danish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: good working proficiency
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage complex customer needs
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
