Content Moderation Specialist – Dutch-speaking

As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will review user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and play a direct role in the safety and integrity of a platform loved by creators, businesses, and users alike. Your work is both impactful and meaningful — no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities:

• Moderate video, image, and text-based content submitted by users
• Apply platform community standards with consistency and sound judgment
• Escalate complex or sensitive content to appropriate specialist teams
• Track and report trends in content policy violations
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain team quality targets

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Emotional resilience and professional objectivity
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
