As a Player Support Specialist, you will help French-speaking players navigate account issues, technical challenges, in-game queries, and community matters — delivering the fast, knowledgeable, and friendly support the gaming community expects and deserves.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle French-language player support requests via digital channels
  • Assist with account access, purchases, technical issues, and gameplay queries
  • Review and act on player conduct and fair play reports
  • Escalate complex cases following established procedures
  • Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support that players appreciate

What we are looking for:

  • French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
  • English: solid working proficiency
  • A genuine passion for gaming and online multiplayer communities
  • Patient, empathetic, and a skilled written communicator
  • Available to work on-site in Sofia
