As a Player Support Specialist, you will help French-speaking players navigate account issues, technical challenges, in-game queries, and community matters — delivering the fast, knowledgeable, and friendly support the gaming community expects and deserves.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle French-language player support requests via digital channels
- Assist with account access, purchases, technical issues, and gameplay queries
- Review and act on player conduct and fair play reports
- Escalate complex cases following established procedures
- Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support that players appreciate
What we are looking for:
- French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
- English: solid working proficiency
- A genuine passion for gaming and online multiplayer communities
- Patient, empathetic, and a skilled written communicator
- Available to work on-site in Sofia
