About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving inquiries efficiently. You'll work on-site in Valencia in a collaborative, multicultural environment designed to help you thrive from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
  • Support customers in Spanish when needed
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
  • Log interactions accurately and escalate when appropriate
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
  • Spanish at minimum B2 level
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
  • No prior customer support experience needed — we'll train you
