Position Overview As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Issue Resolution: Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate, helpful solutions.

Qualifications

  • German language proficiency at B2 level or above (written and spoken).
  • Good English communication skills for internal use.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, customer-first attitude.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
