We are urgently looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the remote team of a global professional information services company. If you are meticulous, knowledgeable, and enjoy helping professionals solve real problems — this role is for you.

In this role you will support Dutch-speaking professional clients — including lawyers, accountants, and compliance officers — with queries related to software, subscriptions, and professional content platforms. Your expertise will help high-value clients get maximum value from their tools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound queries from professional clients in Dutch
  • Provide guidance on software features, subscriptions, and account management
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with a calm and methodical approach
  • Document interactions and escalate where specialist knowledge is required
  • Build strong professional relationships with clients

What we are looking for:

  • Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native) — Dutch only, no English required
  • Background or strong affinity with legal, financial, or compliance sectors (a plus)
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to master new platforms
  • Professional written and verbal communication style
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
  • High School Diploma required
