Customer Service Consultant – German-speaking | Rent-a-Car

Are you a German speaker who loves being part of the action and helping customers on the move? We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the team supporting a globally recognised vehicle rental brand in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting them with reservations, rental queries, billing, and any issues that arise during their journey. You will combine your language skills with a service-first mentality to deliver smooth, professional, and memorable customer experiences every single day.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer contacts via phone and digital channels in German
• Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and billing queries
• Resolve complaints and operational issues with efficiency and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet daily KPIs for quality, satisfaction, and resolution speed

What we are looking for:

• German: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a structured environment
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
