Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Danish-speaking

Do you care about making the internet a safer, more trusted place? We are urgently hiring a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with Danish language skills to join our Sofia team, supporting one of the world's most prominent digital platforms.

In this role you will review and assess content and accounts, apply safety policies with precision and impartiality, and play a direct role in protecting millions of users across Danish-speaking markets. Your judgment, attention to detail, and cultural awareness will make a measurable difference every single day.

Your responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content and accounts against platform safety guidelines
• Apply trust and safety policies consistently and with sound judgment
• Escalate complex cases to specialist or senior teams as required
• Provide feedback to help refine and improve content policies
• Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks

What we are looking for:

• Danish: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Emotional resilience when handling sensitive content (full support provided)
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
